How can we help? “Remember” If you need to report a support issue please click “submit a PTT” on the left side bar. A PTT must be submitted immediately. You'll see a few additional service options as well as our toll free support number also listed. After you have submitted your PTT, you are always a phone call away from live help.



For those of you who are interested in learning more about Centergistic support services, our annual maintenance/support program is called the Centergistic Performance Program. This Program is an imperative part of keeping your AgentView investment in top working order and making sure that your team is using the many powerful features of the system you have installed.

Centergistic Solutions provides two levels of maintenance/support to our customers; the Standard Performance Program and the Premier Performance Program. They have been created to address different levels of support needs. You may begin with the Standard program and find your needs expanding to fit a Premier support profile. We will work with you to make sure that you are set up with the right program for your needs. Contact us to learn more about the program that is best for your center.
