The M9 monthly package also includes weekly monitoring of random-recorded calls of the frontline agents that an M9 monitor will critic and produce an average score. Also included in the package is one 30-minute coaching session each month with Victor Midgley. The package also includes one lesson from the "Perfect People" training course.

I created M9 to provide mentoring to young call center managers and to provide specific services to help create successful customer service and sales operations. My objective is to help the small call center organization gain the advantage of retaining an experienced call center specialist to help develop their operation without the risk of committing to a hefty salary required by a seasoned professional.
