Global Leader in Express Delivery and Logistics Services Installs AgentView Enterprise 5.0 in East Midlands Airport Contact Center Site


January, 2011 – Irvine, CA --- Leading global express delivery and logistics organization has installed AgentView Enterprise 5.0 real time performance metrics in their East Midlands Airport location, it was announced today by Centergistic Solutions.



The AgentView system is collecting data from two systems, Avaya and Aspect, formatting the data into meaningful “Goal Achieving Metrics™” which are being used to maximize workforce performance. The metrics are being published to 12 high definition TFT screens using DashView HD, Centergistic’s high impact graphical display software module.



Centergistic has included several enhancements with its new AgentView 5.0. Central to 5.0 is the new browser-based administrative capability. Users of 5.0 will have 24/7 access to the configuration module of the AgentView system, via the internet, making it much easier and faster to make changes from the desktop, without having to physically access the server. Modular enhancements have also been made, most dramatically to the new DashView HD, enabling innovative graphics, backgrounds and new gauges to easily be inserted via Wizard-based help screens. Never has it been easier to install and maintain DashView, which will work with any standard plasma or LCD TV or TFT flat panel display. Other enhancements include an audit trail feature and an IP clone capability to distribute messages across an IP addressable wallboard network.
