Centergistic Solutions' AgentView 5.0 Selected by Major Manufacturer
AgentView 5.0 has been installed at a major manufacturer, located in Southern California, it was announced today by Centergistic Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of real time Goal Achieving Metrics for contact centers.
The AgentView solution will sit behind a Rockwell Spectrum with the EDK interface, driving multiple LED displays. The center will be able to use the central web-based administrator module to update and maintain their system.
Centergistic has included several enhancements with its new AgentView 5.0. Central to 5.0 is the new browser-based administrative capability. Users of 5.0 will have 24/7 access to the configuration module of the AgentView system, via the internet, making it much easier and faster to make changes from the desktop, without having to physically access the server. Modular enhancements have also been made, most dramatically to the new DashView HD, enabling innovative graphics, backgrounds and new gauges to easily be inserted via Wizard-based help screens. Never has it been easier to install and maintain DashView, which will work with any standard plasma or LCD TV or TFT flat panel display. Other enhancements include an audit trail feature and an IP clone capability to distribute messages across an IP addressable wallboard network.
