The AgentView CenterStats Architecture

AgentView, through its patented CenterStats® architecture, uses its collectors to extract data from a wide range of applications, systems and databases. The sophisticated filters work to collect only pertinent data, as pre-determined by management and output that data to a database where it is profiled and matched with alert thresholds. The AgentView system then publishes the critical information to the output media specified (wallboards, desktop dashboard, wireless devices, etc.)

AgentView was built to be a modular, scalable solution. This modularity enables users to add and tailor components based on the need for information collection and distribution. The modularity allows for greater flexibility in data collection, storage management and better user-rights management. Furthermore, the modular nature, when combined with scalable architecture, allows for improving delivery efficiencies.
