June, 2010 – Irvine, CA --- A new high definition display is now available that blends the sturdy durability and viewing ratio of a traditional wallboard with the flexibility and aesthetics of a plasma, it was announced today by Centergistic Solutions, Inc., a leading global provider of real time Goal Achieving Metrics™ for contact centers.

The display, AgentView Ultra Wide™, allows the user to combine traditional LED style metrics with razor-crisp graphics, streaming video and messaging. Features include:

• Fully integrated industrial PC Windows XP platform built in, no need for an external PC
• Shows metrics, messages, graphical images, streaming video, image backgrounds
• Sturdy, durability, built to last (5 years of continuous 24/7/365)
• Light weight, under 40lbs; fits most existing readerboard brackets
• Height is 14 inches to fit on limited wall space
• Aspect ration is 16:4 for ultimate high definition viewing
• No Video amplification or distribution system needed
