December, 2008 Anaheim, California --- Centergistic Solutions, Inc.(“CGSO”), a leading global provider of real time Goal Achieving Metrics™ for contact centers, announced today the final testing of AgentView 5.0.
AgentView 5.0 represents a major step forward for open systems technology and ease of operation. Features include fully centralized browser-based administration of all modules. This means that moves adds and changes as well as content and layouts can be administered by authorized users over the web. There are no third party applications necessary. For IT professionals this means that there are no more clients to install. Additional enhancements include the new DashView HD, AuditTrail for recording all moves, adds and changes, IP Clone to clone messaging across diverse IP addressable wallboards, heightened granularity of user authentication, and an improved PowerUser interactive dashboard. Additional releases are expected in advance of roll out of these modules.
“AgentView 5.0 advances beyond traditional client-server environment and expands our user friendly menus and Wizard-based screens to enable browser-based administration from a single point,” said Ram Iyer, Vice President and CTO. “All the modules of AgentView will be easily accessed from a central location for setup and maintenance purposes,” he said.
AgentView 5.0 is expected to begin shipment in Q1, 2009 and a pre-release version has already been installed in key sites over the last 30 days.
