The procedures underlying a deployment of AgentView are simple and straightforward. We stay with you through the entire process, including a 30-60-90 day post installation review on our nickel because we have learned that nothing short of full satisfaction works for you or for us.
Depending upon your needs and budget, we may recommend a starter package to get some performance lifting metrics in front of your team quickly and economically. Our experience has given us a good idea.
Every installation includes a Goal Achieving Metrics workshop. One of our trained professionals will visit your site and spend a day with you, walking the floor, and translating your goals into a set of meaningful performance metrics. This information is entered into our project definition template where the metrics begin to take the format of the publishing options that make sense for your environment. Then the actual installation and testing occurs.
Once installed, training is arranged to make sure that all appropriate individuals are familiar with the administration and use of AgentView. We carefully benchmark your center prior to installation to make sure we are able to show a demonstrable ROI. This is key to realizing the full value of Goal Achieving Metrics and how quickly it pays for itself.
